Who reviews the posts in my campaign?

Updated October 22, 2026 · 2 min read · For brands

Vyro's team reviews every post a creator submits to your campaign before it counts. You don't approve or reject posts yourself. If you think an approved post breaks your rules, tell the Vyro team and Vyro decides.

What Vyro checks

Vyro checks each post against your brief and the rules you set when you created the campaign (what goes in your brief). Creators see the same rules, plus Vyro's standard posting rules (what a post needs to include). Only a post published after your campaign starts can be submitted.

What each outcome means for you

A post ends up in one of these states:

  • Approved: it appears in your report and earns the creator your rate per 1,000 views, or the rate you set for its platform. The creator pages cover the minimum views a post needs and the most one post can earn.
  • Pending: it isn't in your report yet.
  • Rejected: it never earns and never appears in your report. The budget it would have used stays free for other posts.

Views after the budget is spent or after the end date don't earn, even on a post approved later (what happens when your campaign ends).

When review happens

While your campaign is Live, Vyro reviews posts as they come in. After the end date, the campaign moves to In Review and Vyro reviews the remaining posts. You get the email Your campaign is now in review, and nothing is needed from you. How long each status lasts is in what your campaign's status means.

Creators who disagree with a rejection contest it with Vyro, not with you.
