How do I read my campaign report?

Updated October 22, 2026 · 2 min read · For brands

Your report is where you follow a campaign once it's live. Click Reports in the header, or View report on a campaign. The report shows one campaign at a time, and you click the campaign name to switch. Every figure counts approved posts only, and views update throughout the day.

Overview cards

The cards at the top of the report are:

  • Views: all views on approved posts.
  • Posts: the number of approved posts.
  • Views per post: views divided by posts.
  • Engagement rate: likes plus comments, divided by views.
  • Budget used: what the campaign has spent so far, with the budget and the share used.
  • Effective CPM: what you paid per 1,000 views so far, Vyro fees included.
  • Unlocked: the budget your delivered views didn't use. It appears once the campaign is Completed, and that amount is back in your wallet (how holds work).

Effective CPM stays at or below your rate, or your highest platform rate. If your rate was lowered mid-campaign, earlier views keep the earlier rate, so it can sit above the new one.

Who sees the money cards

Owners, Admins and Campaign Managers see Budget used, Effective CPM and Unlocked. A Viewer doesn't. On a campaign run with your Vyro rep, these cards appear only once Vyro turns them on for your workspace.

Platform cards

Platform breakdown splits views and posts by platform on every campaign. Spend by platform appears only when you locked budget for a platform (per-platform rates and budget). Each locked platform gets a card with its spend and a Closed badge once its share is used up. A Shared pool card covers the rest.
