What does my campaign's status mean?
Updated October 22, 2026 · 2 min read · For brands
Every campaign on Campaigns carries a status badge, repeated on the campaign page under Campaign lifecycle. Vyro tells you about status changes by email only, sent to the person who created the campaign, and there's no notification bell.
Statuses
The statuses, in order, are:
- Draft – Being set up, not submitted.
- Pending approval – With the Vyro team for review before going live, with no fixed review time. A returned campaign reads Action Required.
- Scheduled – Approved. The campaign goes live on its start date.
- Live – Running. Creators submit posts and earn. When spend nears the budget, the campaign page reads Locked while the card says Live.
- In Review – Ended. Vyro's team reviews the submitted posts for 5 days after the end date. You never approve or reject posts.
- Settling – Results locked. You have 7 days to confirm or request help.
- Help requested – You flagged an issue. Nothing moves until the Vyro team resolves it.
- Completed – Finished. Payouts are settled and the unused budget is back in your wallet.
- Canceled – Stopped before going live. Only the Vyro team cancels a campaign, and the held funds return to your wallet.
Emails along the way
The emails you get are:
- "Action needed: Review and submit your updated campaign" when the Vyro team returns a campaign.
- "Your campaign is now live" when it starts.
- "Your campaign is now in review" at its end date.
- "Action needed: review and ratify your campaign" when it enters Settling, with the date to act by.
- "Your campaign is complete" when it completes, with the settlement summary and the invoice PDF.
No email comes when a campaign is approved or canceled. For the end of a campaign, see What happens when my campaign ends or its budget runs out?
