What goes in my campaign brief and rules?

Updated October 22, 2026 · 2 min read · For brands

The Content brief section of the Listing step tells creators what to post. Creators see every requirement before they join, and Vyro's team reviews every post against it. Vyro rejects a post that breaks a rule, and it never earns.

Add rules

Every rule you add shrinks the pool of creators who can post. The three rule cards are:

  • Caption, tags, text: a Caption of up to 300 characters, up to 5 Hashtags and Text on screen of up to 300 characters. Each field is optional, and the disclosure hashtag can't be one of the 5.
  • Video length: the shortest video you accept, in seconds. The minimum can be at most 45 seconds.
  • Audio: a TikTok audio URL, an Instagram audio URL or both, plus notes. This rule applies to TikTok and Instagram only.

Allow collab posts and tagged accounts

The switch Allow collab posts and tagged accounts is on by default. It lets creators publish with other accounts tagged or listed as collaborators on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Vyro reviews only the creator who submits the post.

Write your brief

The brief holds your instructions, brand guidelines, tips, links and notes. It's required and holds up to 40,000 characters, with a counter under the editor. Say exactly what to clip, require as little as possible, and add an example caption. Download the brief guide opens a one-page PDF with a prompt that drafts the brief for you.

If a field shows an error

Find the message and do what it says:

  • Enter a minimum video length.: type the shortest length you accept.
  • Add at least one audio link.: paste a TikTok or Instagram audio URL.
  • Write your campaign brief.: write the brief before you continue.

Next, choose how creators disclose the partnership. Creators read your rules as described in What does my post need to include?
