How do I withdraw funds from my wallet?

Withdraw sends your whole Available funds balance back to the card payments it came from. Only the workspace Owner can withdraw.
Before you start
Three rules shape every withdrawal:
- It always requests your full available balance. You don't choose an amount, and there is no minimum.
- Money On hold isn't included. It returns to Available funds when its campaign completes, and you can withdraw it then (how holds work).
- It can't be undone. Add funds again if you need the money back in the wallet.
Withdraw your balance
Follow these steps:
- Go to Wallet and click Withdraw. If it shows No available funds to withdraw just yet., your available balance is zero.
- The Withdraw funds dialog shows the amount. Click the button that names it, for example Withdraw $2,500.
If you see Refund on its way!, the money is going back to your original payment method. Each refunded payment shows under Transactions as Refund issued, and you get the email We received your refund request. Vyro sets no time for the refund to show on your card.
If less or nothing comes back
Vyro refunds only money that arrived through the hosted checkout, most recent payment first. A payment your card no longer accepts a refund for is skipped, so the refund can be smaller than your balance. The rest stays in Available funds. If the card side refuses a refund after you confirm, that amount comes back as a second Refund issued row with a plus sign.
If you see Nothing was refunded, your balance is unchanged and still spendable on a campaign. To get it out another way, or if a result looks wrong, contact the Vyro team.
