How do I read and export my wallet transactions?
Updated October 22, 2026 · 2 min read · For brands
Every movement in or out of your wallet is a row under Transactions on the Wallet page. The Owner, Admins and Campaign Managers see the list. Viewers don't see Wallet.
Read a row
Rows are grouped by month, newest first. A plus sign on Amount means money landed in Available funds, and a minus sign means it left either balance. The pills All, Added, On hold, Paid out and Returned narrow the list.
The kinds you'll see most are:
- Funds added: a deposit (how to add funds).
- Put on hold: a campaign's cost reserved when you submitted it.
- Campaign payout: what approved views used, taken from the hold when the campaign completed.
- Released the hold: unused budget back in Available funds (how holds work).
- Refund issued: a withdrawal back to your payment method (how to withdraw).
- Adjustment: any other movement, such as a reversed payment.
Statuses
Each row carries one of three statuses:
- Cleared: final and counted in your balances.
- Clearing: a deposit whose payment isn't confirmed yet, not counted.
- Voided: didn't go through, never counted.
The three dots on a row open Copy transaction ID and Status history.
Export a spreadsheet
The Owner or an Admin clicks Export above the list and picks a file:
- Detailed transactions: one row per transaction, with date (UTC), ID, type, status, balances, amount, who started it and the campaign ID.
- Summary: one row per balance, with its current amount and all-time inflow, outflow and net.
Team spend
On your dashboard, the Owner and Admins see a team spend card named after the current month. It adds up what your campaigns paid out this calendar month. Holds, releases and refunds don't count. Click View reports under it to open your campaign reports.
