Where do I edit my brand profile and billing details?

Your brand profile, business info and personal info all live under Settings, which you open from your avatar menu. Your role decides which of them you can edit.

Where each one lives

Settings has two tabs:

• Team: Brand profile, Business info and Team members. Only the Owner edits Brand profile and Business info.
• Personal: Personal info and Close account. Every role can edit their own personal info.

Each field has its own edit button that opens a dialog, and Save stores it.

Brand profile

Brand profile is how your brand appears on Vyro: Brand logo, Business name, Website, Location and Industry. A business name is 2 to 64 characters, and the website must be a full web address. The logo and name are the default on every campaign you create. You can set a different picture and name per campaign under Posting campaign as.

Business info

Business info holds what Vyro uses for billing and invoices: Legal business name, Legal entity type, Billing email, Billing address and optional Tax information. Fill in the legal entity type and billing address before anyone signs a campaign agreement. Otherwise signing stops at Complete your business information first.

Fields that lock after verification

Once your business is verified, Business name takes the verified legal name. Any of these fields the verification confirmed then locks: Business name, Legal business name, Legal entity type, Billing email and Billing address. A locked field shows a lock icon, and you contact support to change it. Logo, website, location, industry and tax information stay editable. Verification itself is in How do I verify my business?

Personal info and closing the account

In Personal info, click Replace picture or the edit button next to your name. Your email can't be changed. To close your account, click Contact support under Close account. It opens the support page with the request filled in, and the Vyro team closes the account.
