How do I accept an invite to a brand workspace?

An invite to a brand workspace arrives by email, and you accept it by signing in with the exact email address it was sent to. You don't set up a business of your own.

Accept the invite

To join the workspace:

1. Open the email "(name) invited you to join Vyro" and click its link. It opens You've been invited.
2. Enter the email the invite was sent to and click Continue, or click Continue with Google with the Google account that uses that email.
3. Type the code from We emailed you a code.

Signing in accepts the invite, and you land on the workspace's dashboard with the role the inviter chose. A new account confirms its birthday first. If you're already signed in with the invited email, the link shows Join your workspaces instead. Click Accept to join or Decline to refuse.

If the invite doesn't work

Find the message you see and do what it says:

• This invite was sent to a different email address.: enter the email the invite went to, or use the Google account with that email.
• Wrong email address: you're signed in with another email. Log out, open the link again and sign in with the invited email.
• This invite has expired: an invite lasts 7 days from sending. Ask the inviter to resend it, which gives you 7 more days.
• Invite already accepted: you're already in. Click Log in or Go to dashboard.
• Invite declined: the link is used up. Ask the inviter to send a new invite.
