My balance is stuck in pending, why?

Your balance may show as pending while we finalize earnings from a campaign.

After a campaign ends, the team reviews the submissions and approves the payouts. Your earnings stay in your Pending Balance during that review.

Once the payouts are approved, funds move from your Pending Balance to your Available Balance, usually 7 to 10 days after the campaign ends.

You will receive an email when your funds are ready to be withdrawn
