My balance is stuck in pending, why?

Your balance may show as pending while we finalize earnings from a campaign.

Typically, your pending funds become available after the campaign ends and a 7-day verification period has passed. This period allows us to continue counting views and confirm their authenticity.

Once verified, funds are moved from your Pending Balance to your Available Balance, usually 7–10 days after the campaign ends. In some cases, if a campaign’s budget isn’t fully used, it may enter a grace period, which can extend the pending timeline by another 3-7 days.
