Know Why a Campaign Is Locked or Unavailable

The campaign list now tells you when you cannot join a campaign or post to it, and what that means for you.

Locked campaigns

• The campaign card shows Locked for new posts. The campaign takes no new posts, so the creators who already joined can finish.
• If you joined the campaign, My campaigns tells you if your submitted posts still earn, and until which date.
• When payouts end, everything that you earned while the campaign was live stays safe.

Campaigns that are not open in your region

Brands choose the regions for each campaign. A campaign that is closed in your region now shows in the list, dimmed and after the campaigns that you can join. Open it to see Not available in your region. This is not a problem with your account.

When no campaign is open to you, the list says so. Select Notify me to get an email when a new campaign opens.
